In order to be considered 'Paleo', a dish has to not contain grains, dairy, legumes, refined salt, refined sugar, and processed oils.  Ideally, the meat should be grass-fed or pasture-raised for optimal taste and nutrition.  Because my blog is an allergy-free blog, these recipes also do not contain eggs or nuts.
