We figured this out by mistake last year when our daughter ordered one and had a reaction after the first sip. Thankfully, Tiffany at The Coconut Mama has created a dairy-free, vegan, paleo version that is simply delicious.

It can be stored in the refrigerator - I keep mine in a mason jar, and before adding to coffee I just give the jar a good shake. Now everyone can enjoy a little pumpkin spice latte!
